The ACA is delighted to announce our launch event with Howden who are our newly appointed Professional Indemnity Insurance partner; the event will be held on Tuesday 6th February 2024 at Howden’s offices:- One Creechurch Place London, EC3A 5AF 14th Floor – 3:15pm for a 3:30pm start Finish time 5:30pm for networking drinks
The session will kindly be hosted by Howden and will focus on the mandatory role of Building Regulations Principal Designer which came into force on 1st October 2023; we are also delighted that Vivian Allison, Client Director, Financial Lines will be joining us to discuss the implications of the new role on Architects’ Professional Indemnity Insurance. Her presentation will be followed by a Q&A session and if there is time, we hope to be able to have a discussion on other important issues such as basements, cladding and fire safety.
The event is free and exclusive to ACA Members and there will be networking drinks afterwards on the 15th floor which has an open terrace although it maybe too cold to venture out!! The full agenda will be announced in the next few weeks.
