CDC Craft Design Construction is a supplier of construction, sustainable and handmade materials and products made in Portugal.
Sustainable materials include cork flooring, cork products, and textiles made from cork and upcycled materials. Cork is one of the most sustainable and natural materials. Axes are used to carefully strip the bark from the tree, thus allowing the tree to grow for 200 years. Cork not used for wine stoppers is broken down into a fine granular form and used to make flooring and products. Cork flooring is comfortable to walk on, durable, hygienic and helps in the prevention of allergies, and has good thermal & acoustic properties.
Handmade materials include hydraulic cement tiles, crafted to a technique dating back generations. Coloured pigments are poured into a steel mould and bonded with marble dust before they are placed outside to bake under the hot Alentejo sun.
Viroc Cement Bonded Particle Board is a composite panel board of wood particles and cement bonded with coloured pigment used in a variety of ways to include facades, flooring, partition walls, and joinery, internally and externally.
Also furniture and lighting by Pritzker prize winning architects Álvaro Siza Vieria and Eduardo Souto de Moura.

ISA IS AN ARCHITECTURE AND INTERIOR DESIGN PRACTICE WORKING ACROSS THE UK FOR THE COUNTRY’S LEADING BUSINESSES
Over 20 years, our considered, rigorous and proactive approach has afforded us long-standing relationships with clients across commercial, residential and hospitality sectors. We deliver projects on-time and on-budget; making the process easy and allowing clients’ focus to remain on their business. Our work is characterised by a pragmatic simplicity, with carefully conceived interiors.
ISA’s workload ranges from luxury hotels to large-scale residential and commercial projects, with construction values from £100k to £40m. This diversity means we bring a fresh perspective to our work, integrating technologies and construction methods from different sectors. In the last ten years, we have garnered a particular expertise in the design and delivery of converting and refurbishing existing buildings for new uses.
The practice offers a broad range of services from outline planning and appraisal work through to detailed implementation. Our mix of architects and interior designers allows us to offer a one-stop-shop incorporating lighting design, specification and management of client FF&E, branding and graphic identity. We undertake projects for developers as well as owner/occupiers. Our experience working with the latter gives us a unique insight into the short- and long-term operational issues of building design.
We are at the forefront of energy-saving design, implementing programmes of utility-saving measures working on several sustainable residential projects.
ISA invests heavily in Building Information Modelling (BIM), CAD and IT, and operates a document management system integral to the practice’s Quality Assurance system. We take the security of our clients data seriously and are pleased to have obtained Accreditation for the UK Governments Cyber Essentials Plus standards.

Sarah Earney Architecture & Conservation is an RIBA Chartered Practice based in south-west London. It is a one-person practice led by me, Sarah Earney, specialising in conservation and contemporary design in historic contexts.
I believe in letting a building's past shape its future and every project starts by understanding its story. I enjoy unraveling the complexity of buildings, conserving, repairing and reimagining; finding new uses, improving efficiency, crafting new elements and bringing joy to historic spaces.
My diverse portfolio includes houses, churches, museums and workspace, connected by the necessity to balance the needs of the historic building with modern living and working practices and future sustainability.
I work directly for people and organisations with historic buildings and churches and in support of architects who need expert advice.
We understand how overwhelming a renovation or a new built project can be. That is why we are here to offer comprehensive support and expert guidance every step of the way.
From the initial brainstorming sessions to the final walkthrough of the finished project, our full range of services ensures that your project is in capable hands. We are committed to delivering exceptional results, seamlessly translating your vision into a tangible reality.
We are a RIBA Chartered Practice based in London. Focused on housing we provide sustainable and affordable design solutions for both home owners as well as commercial clients. We work closely with our own network of reputable contractors managing and delivering the projects.
